*** RULES & GUIDELINES:

a. Limited to one entry per contestant.
b. The video must feature a short summary of the plot(don’t give away the whole story) and your specific reasons for recommending the work, or not recommending the work.
c. The video must be uploaded and available for public access on YouTube.
d. The video must be at least 1 minute but not exceed 3 minutes.
e. The video must be primarily in English or with English subtitles.
f. The video with the highest view count will receive extra points from the judging panel.
